Bear Creek 2011--2012 Season Pass and 7 Session Pass for Dutchmen Members!

Bear Creek Season Pass discounts are for FDSC members or members children ONLY. If you attain a season pass using the FDSC passwords and are not a FDSC member, you will be required to join the FDSC or your season pass will not work.

7 Sessions Off Peak Pass
If you need or use Bear Creek vouchers, consider Bear Creek 7 Session Pass which is a great deal!
 7 Session Lift for $123 = $17.57 per session. Good on Tuesday night lessons or any other night.

Regulations for Bear Creek's Season Pass and 7 Session Pass

  • Seven-session/season passes are non-transferable 

  • Passes expire at the end of the 2011-2012 season and may not be rolled over to another year 

  • No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the seven-session pass 

  • No refunds will be issued for any reason on a season pass 

  • Participants of the seven-session program who are getting lessons must be at least 6 years old 

  • Ski and snowboard rentals require a MC, VISA, DISC or AMEX security deposit. (*note* charges are only applied if the equipment is damaged or not returned) 

  • Minors renting equipment require the signature of a parent or guardian. Parental release forms are available on the Bear Creek website. 

  • If you lose your pass (7 Session or Season Pass), there is a $25 replacement fee 

  • Off peak passes and 7 session passes are valid Monday through Friday all day and after 4:00pm on weekends and resort holidays 

  • Resort holidays for the 2011-2012 season are:

    • December 25, 2011 through January 1, 2012

    • January 13 through January 16, 2012

    • February 17 through February 20, 2012 

  • Special pricing may be for a limited time.

When purchasing pass or passes, have handy; credit card for purchase, full name, address, phone number and  birth date of each of the pass holders.

To order your Bear Creek Season Pass or Lesson Pass
 1. Obtain your FDSC Bear Creek login info by:

  • Contacting a board member at our meetings
    OR

  • Email skimeister@fdsc.org or a board member.
    Important:

    • Email Subject:  FDSC password request

    • Include your name in the body so your membership status can be verified

2. Once you receive your login info, click on the link below:

When you enter the Club Name and Password, you will see the option on the bottom left to "See Available Items" for the Flying Dutchmen.
