2012 JUNIOR SKI & SNOWBOARD LESSON PROGRAM

This schedule has been revised due to a delay in the start of the lesson program – think cold!

Tuesday nights at Bear Creek Mountain Resort
6:30pm-8pm
January 10th through February 21st
 Ages 6-17

Fee for Junior Lesson Program

  • 7 Lessons $84
  • 7 Lessons with Lift Pass $207
  • 7 Lessons with Lift Pass & Ski Rental $283
  • 7 Lessons with Lift Pass & Board Rental $283
  • 7 Lift Pass & Rental $199

Lesson package must be used on Tuesday evenings between 1/3/12 and 2/21/12 (if makeup class is needed).

Junior Lessons will be taught by Bear Creek Instructors and they will try to keep the FDSC kids together. Stop upstairs after lessons for snacks and hot chocolate.

Registration Information

Please read the following information, then follow the registration instructions below.

  • Only children of FDSC members are permitted to participate.

  • Ages 6-17 are permitted to participate.

  • Both ski & snowboard lessons are available.

  • BC Juniors will test weekly for exact placement based on individual skill levels.

  • Approximately 5 students to each instructor.

  • Start time 6:30 - 8:00pm (meet on the snow by 620pm)

  • Snacks & hot chocolate will follow the lessons.

  • Childcare is available by reservation 866-754-2822 ext 320

  • Special pricing may be for a limited time.

  • Season rentals available through Buckman's Ski Shop

Please keep in mind that friends and family who do not ski may join the Flying Dutchmen and their children who want to ski or snowboard can enjoy the benefits of this program. So spread the word to your friends and family!

Regulations for Bear Creek's Season Pass and 7 Session Pass

  • Seven-session/season passes are non-transferable 

  • Passes expire at the end of the 2011-2012 season and may not be rolled over to another year 

  • No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the seven-session pass 

  • No refunds will be issued for any reason on a season pass 

  • Participants of the seven-session program who are getting lessons must be at least 6 years old 

  • Minors renting equipment require the signature of a parent or guardian. Parental release forms are available on the Bear Creek website. 

  • If you lose your pass, there is a $25 replacement fee 

  • Off peak passes and 7 session passes are valid Monday through Friday all day and after 4:00pm on weekends and resort holidays 

  • Resort holidays for the 2011-2012 season are:

    • December 25, 2010 through January 1, 2012

    • January 13 through January 16, 2012

    • February 17 through February 20, 2012

  • Special pricing may be for a limited time.

When purchasing pass or passes, have handy;

  • credit card for purchase

  • full name

  • address

  • phone number

  • birth date of each of the pass holders

  • parental approval of those under 17 

BEAR CREEK REGISTRATION FOR LESSONS AND PASSES
To order your Bear Creek Season Pass or Lesson Pass
 1. Obtain your FDSC Bear Creek login info by:

  • Contacting a board member at our meetings
    OR

  • Email skimeister@fdsc.org or a board member.
    Important:

    • Email Subject:  FDSC password request

    • Include your name in the body so your membership status can be verified

2. Once you receive your login info, click on the link below:

When you enter the Club Name and Password, you will see the option on the bottom left to "See Available Items" for the Flying Dutchmen.
